A secure assistant that answers staff questions from 40,000+ internal documents — with the source attached to every answer.

CHALLENGE
Policies, client playbooks and engagement letters were spread across SharePoint, shared drives and email. Consultants lost hours each week hunting for answers, and new hires leaned on senior staff for anything they couldn’t find.
SOLUTION
A permission-aware retrieval system that only answers from documents the person is allowed to see. Every answer cites its sources, low-confidence questions are routed to a named expert, and an evaluation set of 300 real questions runs on every release so quality never quietly slips.
